We will schedule a zoom call with you once your application has been approved. You should be able to accomodate upto 10 people in your venue.

Host

Create your hospitality pack and begin inviting your customers to attend. Include drinks, snacks for the two period to keep them fresh and engaged.

Learning should be able to happen anywhere, anytime. We are break traditional models and putting learning back where it belongs. In the community. That is where you come in. We need your relaxed, warm and inviting venue to allow people to come together when you would otherwise be closed or not doing much trade. Provide attendees with drinks, food and a space to discuss.

There are two payments made. The first is for hospiltality, food and drinks. Depening on the number of sessions and your own pricing, the base rate is up to USD40 per delegate of which each session will have a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 6. The second payment is commission of the fee we charge the delegates which is currently 10%. The total paid to you should average around USD600 per session. You can host as many sessions as you wish during teachers week.

When it is convenient for you. Ideally, pick a day or time when you would ordinarily quiet so you get a boost in trade. We will help you create the booking page for your sessions to manage attendance. We would encourage you to talk to your current customers and find a day time that works for you. We will support you with marketing material. .

We can organise a facilitator to be on hand to help manage the delegates. While your role is limited specifically to providing hospitatlity, we encourage you to be actively involved in the event, sharing your experiences and journey to help others grow into their full potential

As a free venue partner, you'll be listed on our official conference site as a host location, helping to bring people together for meaningful conversations and connections in your space.

We’ll provide downloadable digital materials you can print and display to promote the event locally. This is a great option if you already have a community, customer base, or mailing list you can activate.
